O stars really.Delivery´s take too long and are not complete. They lose supposedly a complete pallet of goods and supposedly sent a new one out.! Last order was incomplete- got slow or no answers so i got paypal to sort it out- Now i am blocked from there shop and calls me A FRAUDSTER !! (just bought a 1000pounds worth of goods) DO NOT ORDER HERE - UNFRIENDLY, RUDE and INCOMPETENT: What claims about me! I stated the facts as many other unhappy customers. Just a bad shop and o customer satisfaction.

Bought an item at a fairly strong price with brand new stated and pictured, sent muddy/rusty items that then tried to offer partial refund. Refused to send a prepaid label to return as misrepresentation/fraud and Paypal and Bank sorted it. Reading forums-wouldn't have entertained doing business-go elsewhere as expensive and poor service with misrepresented goods (screenshots and changed picture when complained) Years later owner claims this review is fake which it is not as eBay and PayPal evidence will show. If the owner wishes to push it further, I can take them to court for Defamation. Simply read the other reviews and miriad of information available online and a clear picture will be formed.

placed an order only to have it cancelled the following day with no notice, week later item still marked as available only with a price hike! Not really worth the star. Update on 14/1/2024 5 years later a LR Series responded to my review and a very unprofessional and dismissive one at that. I'd recommend anyone looking for Land Rover Parts to AVOID and look ELSE WHERE!

It’s almost a year. I haven’t received anything. When I started to ask refund, then no reply from e mail.

AVOID THIS COMPANY Only because 0 isn’t an option. Order two items, they only sent one. Chaser emails sent, told me they were chasing the courier. Asked for the tracking number they were chasing, as this would mean they have sent the second item. No answer. They then broke all communication and I have had to raise a dispute through Paypal.

Great store for Land Rover Parts. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. I reluctantly reduced my orders since Brexit, as toll pushes the shipping costs to an uncompetitive level compared to domestic ( Germany) retailers.

I ordered a few items from LR Series website, but had not had them 6 days later so I emailed asking when I should expect them, and received a reply from Dom telling me to check the tracking information, which I didn't think was very helpful, especially as I had not been sent any tracking information. I emailed back asking for the tracking information but was not sent it, so I checked their website and found another email address, which I emailed asking when my order would arrive. 2 days later, Katy replied to me saying that they had tried to contact me (which they had not) regarding my order, which had not been sent as I would need to pay another £19.99 postage (I had already paid postage at checkout), and that even if I paid the extra money, the glass items would not be insured and may arrive broken. I think that the postage you pay at check out should be the final amount, and you should not expect items to arrive broken. I also feel that Dom was not very helpful. I would have given 1*, but I gave 2* as I asked Katy for a refund and she organised this very quickly.

Ordered items from lrseries, very helpful, great customer service and excellent phone manner. I asked questions via email and they were answered promptly with all the information I need and more. They are easy accessed via the M62 and set in a nice location. So I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I wish to thank the team for their service, parts and friendly matter 100%. Should have read the reviews before ordering, paid my money ordered the part and waited, and waited, and waited. Told has been dispatched, waited, and waited. Chased again only to be told they want £200 delivery payment. After producing evidence of web page ordering system, item suddenly disappears! No phone number, I expect it was always ringing with complaints. Only put one star because it would not let me post otherwise. Would stress do not use this Company !!

This company have an eBay shop also, I bid on 4 items in May 2017 and paid but the goods were never supplied, it took over a month to get my money back ! All correspondence/ emails ignored. Judging by other feedback this company lack integrity and I would certainly NOT recommend them ...... I was lucky, after lots of time spent and hassle at least I got my money back ...... eventually. Caveat emptor ..... buyer beware !
